1. Service Purpose

This VPN service provides users with access to a secure communication channel using encryption technologies to ensure confidential data transmission. The purpose of using VPN is to enhance digital security, protect personal information, facilitate remote work with corporate resources, and ensure stable connection when using open or unsecured networks.

2. User Responsibility and Legal Compliance

The Service is NOT intended for bypassing restrictions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and does not provide tools specifically designed to access resources prohibited for distribution in the Russian Federation. The User bears full responsibility for their actions on the Internet and is obliged to comply with the requirements of the current legislation of their country. By using the Service, the User confirms that their actions are aimed solely at ensuring connection security, protecting personal data, remote work, or other lawful purposes.

3. Prohibited Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using VPN to access blocked resources if they are included in the registry of prohibited information and the service is not officially connected to FGIS (special registry)
  • Distributing prohibited content, committing unlawful actions
  • Violating the rights of third parties
  • Attempting to circumvent technical restrictions established by government authorities

4. No-Logs Policy

The VPN service provider does not track or control information transmitted by the User, does not keep activity logs, and does not monitor traffic content. However, the Service reserves the right to terminate service provision in cases where User actions violate legal norms, Service rules, or may cause harm to the infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any actions performed by users of our service. You are solely responsible for your online activity and compliance with local and international laws. We provide the service "as is" and assume zero responsibility for any misuse, legal issues, or damages arising from your use of the VPN.

6. Service Termination Rights

The Service reserves the right to immediately terminate access without prior notice if the User violates these Terms, applicable laws, or if their actions threaten the security and stability of the Service infrastructure.
