By using DuckRay, you fully accept these Terms of Use.

2. Service description

DuckRay is a VPN service that encrypts traffic and changes the visible IP address. DuckRay acts only as a technical intermediary and does not control or monitor user activity.

3. User responsibility

All activity performed through DuckRay is solely your responsibility. DuckRay does not monitor or record activity, does not control user actions, and cannot prevent illegal or prohibited use of the service.

4. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuckRay is not liable for the consequences of user actions. DuckRay's total liability is 0 EUR or the minimum amount allowed by applicable law. This applies to criminal and civil claims, government actions, third-party claims, data loss, and network failures.

5. No anonymity guarantees

DuckRay does not guarantee complete invisibility from law enforcement, censorship bypass, or protection from IP leaks. You use DuckRay at your own risk.

6. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify DuckRay for any claims, fines, losses, or legal costs arising from your use of the service.

7. Account suspension

DuckRay may suspend or terminate an account at any time, without prior notice and without refunds.

8. Force majeure

DuckRay is not responsible for ISP blocks, restrictions imposed by government authorities, infrastructure failures, or natural disasters.

9. Fair use

A DuckRay subscription is intended for personal use. Excessive traffic consumption, resale, or commercial use may result in access termination without refund.

10. Warrant Canary

DuckRay has never received legal demands requiring disclosure of user activity information. If this status changes, the information will be published immediately.

11. Jurisdiction

DuckRay is registered in an offshore jurisdiction outside EU and US control. All disputes are governed by local law.

12. General release

By using DuckRay, you assume all risks, acknowledge that DuckRay is a neutral technical intermediary, and waive any claims to the maximum extent permitted by law.
